At present, small and medium casting enterprises occupy an increasingly important position in the foundry industry in our country. However, since China's small and medium-sized casting enterprises are evolved from the workshop, management issues are often overlooked in enterprise development. Therefore, the management level also constraints the development of China foundry enterprises.
In recent years, the scale of China's foundry industry continues to develop. All the industries related to foundry industry, say, machinery and equipment industry, metallurgical equipment, electrical equipment, casting materials, construction accessories, engineering machinery, casting mold, agricultural machinery, mining equipment and other industries, all continue to develop in the large landscape of the foundry industry development. The number of above-scale enterprises is increasing year by year. Therefore, the orderly management of industry market is even more pressing. Most of the casting enterprises in China are private enterprises, which has developed rapidly in recent years, become bigger and stronger, achieved a certain scale, making them significant factors in the foundry industry. Private enterprises are mostly family-run companies with weak and lagged management philosophy which basically still sticks in the workshop-style and extensive management mode. In order to promote better development of the private casting enterprises, it is a must to transform its management, change workshop-style and extensive management model to the refined management mode, utilize all information and means to improve the decision-making level of the enterprise managers, in order to effectively promote the development of private mold companies. It is understood that the refined management mode can control the full production process of casting enterprises, from signing cooperation arrangement to arrangement of an employee’s work. Therefore refined management can promote the development of Chinese small and medium casting enterprises.
